Are you someone who has had, or are having a baby early in life? Are you being judged negatively? Are you worried about what others will think of you in a negative light? If this and more are so with you, I would like for you to stop hurting yourself, as well as accepting the lying of those around you. It does not matter if you are male, female, or non-binary. I have some hard-to-believe-facts that will help you emotionally as well as socially. I’ve grown up and like many I’ve seen young people with kids. I’ve heard kids, their peers, and their parents chastise, shame, and shun these young parents. I’m not saying anyone needs to run out and have a kid, but for those that happen to under their own circumstances, it is 100% ok that you have this new life in your life.

WHAT WILL MY FRIENDS THINK OF ME?

That question will ring in your head until you either become depressed or in a fit of anger pretend that you don’t care. Here’s the truth. It doesn’t matter what THEY think of you. It matters what YOU think of YOU. Remember, the key word in this is “friend”. A friend will support you without ruining themselves. MEANING, they won’t give so much that they have nothing. Female or male, you’re going to have a kid and anyone that is a friend worthy of your time, will offer sound advice, help research places to help you, be a shoulder to lean on when it gets tough, and if possible, offer shelter and such in clutch times. A friend will stand by your side in the faces of negative adversity that tries to break you down. A friend will…
